Why buy from you?
We bring jewelry to you. From one small business to another, we understand that you are very busy. Running a store is exhausting work but we can make that easier on you when we bring you jewelry to your doorstep.
Our inventory changes every season. We work hard in between seasons to procure and create new designs so you have different inventory to look at each time.
We are a family business and we will treat you like family. In a world full of screens, we are willing and ready to interact with you personally and make sure you are satisfied with your jewelry.
We are also open to requests if you are looking for something specific and will work with you to keep you and your customers happy.
Do you have a wholesale minimum?
We prefer our customers to buy a minimum of $300, especially if we're driving out to see them. However, we know different customers have different situations. Always feel free to reach out to work something out. We're flexible!
Do you sell costume/fashion jewelry?
No. All of our jewelry is sterling silver, gold plated sterling silver, or a combination of both. All of our gemstones are real too.
What areas do you cover?
We currently sell in the United States, specifically the East coast and Midwest twice a year (spring & fall). We are willing to cover other areas in the States though. Feel free to reach out to us with your specific needs.
Can I order online?
We are currently only interacting in person. However, we are working towards taking online orders. As soon as that feature is available, we will let you know!
Do I have to sign up to see your wholesale prices?
Yes, please. We only want our customers (and future customers) to be able to view our wholesale prices. This helps us keep a competitive price point and it only takes a second. Don't worry, nothing happens to your information aside from us adding you to our email list.
Is the same jewelry that's on your website available for purchase?
All of the jewelry shown on our website is or was in our stock. The photos are mainly to show you what types of jewelry we carry and new designs. We can't promise the same one will be available when you look through our stock. However, if you see a design you are particularly interested in, let us know and we will do our best to get it for you again.
Okay, I like your jewelry. Now what?
If you're interested in seeing us in person, send us an email at shara@rosehallmarket.com stating your jewelry needs. We can then put you on the spring or fall roster when we drive out to see our customers or we can work something else out. Again, we're flexible!
